The Common House is in a new season.
Over the past few years, this space has worn a few different hats. What began as a café evolved into something uncommon, a full service fine dining restaurant. It was creative, ambitious, and meaningful for a time, but ultimately became something that needed its own lane.
With Chef Adam stepping out to launch a new concept, and under new ownership led by Daniel Lovelace, we’ve made the decision to transition The Common House back to its roots while pushing it further than ever before.
Today, we are a specialty café.
We’re focused on exceptional coffee, an approachable daytime menu, and creating a space where people feel known the moment they walk in. Our kitchen is open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 3pm, serving crepes, waffles, and sandwiches designed to complement the experience.
This isn’t a step back. It’s clarity.
A return to what we believe we can be the best at, a place people go out of their way to visit and feel at home when they arrive.
Welcome to The Common House.

We source our roasted coffee from our friends at Barista Alley in Greer! They are a close partner of ours, so you could say that we roast our own coffee.
-
